Personal coaching and mentoring

In todays everchanging and hectic working environment it is becoming harder to take time out to attend formal structured and time consuming L&D opportunities not to mention that some of us can feel uncomfortable in formal L&D situations especialy when our supervisory/ management/leadership skills are under scruitiny.

We are able to provide one on one coaching by highly skilled and experienced coaches with a wealth of practical management experience. Coaching is based around skills assessment and a range of other sely assessment tools which will form the basis of a coaching plan designed to meet the needs of the individual, whether at the front line, middle or senior mangement levels.
